Yarra Valley Sauna & Massage is a two-person practice in the food gardens at Yarra Valley ECOSS, a few minutes from Warburton town centre. Sixty-minute treatments, weekends, with parking at the door and a produce market on site if you want to make a morning of it.
Dom is a myotherapist with thirteen years of clinical experience — remedial and deep-tissue work, dry needling, cupping and Yumeiho therapy, for the backs, necks and shoulders that keep flaring up. Leila has been practising massage for over a decade; her style is lomi lomi, the traditional Hawaiian one, for when you'd rather switch off entirely.
The woodfired barrel sauna isn't open yet. When it is, you'll be able to book heat and a treatment together — muscle work lands better on a warm body.
