What we do.
Yarra Valley Massage & Sauna is a two-person practice in the food gardens at Yarra Valley ECOSS, a few minutes from Warburton town centre. Sixty- and ninety-minute treatments by appointment, with parking at the door and a produce market on site if you want to make a morning of it.
Dom is a myotherapist with thirteen years of clinical experience — remedial and deep-tissue work, dry needling, cupping and Yumeiho therapy, for the backs, necks and shoulders that keep flaring up. Leila has been practising massage for over two decades, combining deep tissue work with flowing lomi lomi — for when you want the knots dealt with and your head switched off at the same time.
The woodfired barrel sauna isn't open yet. When it is, you'll be able to book heat and a treatment together — muscle work lands better on a warm body.
